Continent provides the following three kinds of machines for recycling:

1. CM-PRD Double Section Type Recycling Extruder

• Recycling materials go through two sections extruder and automatic hydraulic screen changer, easily taking out dirt from pellets.
• Stronger forced feeder creates suitable strength to force crushing film feed into the extruder line.
• Suitable materials : PP, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, PC, POM, PA, PMMA, PBT. (Not including PVC)

2. CM-PRW Clean Films Recycle Pelletizer

• Automatic feeding and storage of materials.
• Shredder equips motor current which feed into raw materials evenly.
• The shredding drum has an air cooling system to make temperature.
• Suitable materials : HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA. (Not including PVC)
• Recycling shape of materials: Films (shopping bags), fibers/yarn/non woven, plastic rope, soft Eva Resin.

3. CM-PRT Fiber/Washed Film Recycling Machine

• Side forced feeder to remove water.
• Able to deal with fiber/film contain 5%~10% water.
• The space allocation of machine can be setup in L or Z shape.
• Suitable materials: PA/PET fiber, PP/PE film.
