TWIN SCREW RIGID PIPE MAKING MACHINE

"Continent" PTE-65 Counter-rotating, close-intermesh Twin screw Extruder can obtain better feeding and conveying result, especially for heat-sensitive powder extrusion (eg. PVC). Screw is specially designed and runs faster than general type PVC Twin Screw Extruder (20-50rpm). We are devoted to the research & development of machines with high quality, high output, and reliability to share with our customers.
Screw & Barrel are made of ACM2 high alloy steel (imported from Europe) service life is longer than general SACM645
Gear of gear Box is made of high alloy steel with special heat treatment and high grinding. All the gears and bearings are lubricated by oil lubrication system. This ensures the gear box will transmit high torque in a low noise level and with high machine reliability.
Cylinder uses oil cooling or water device to stabilize temperature differences.
Vacuum device removes moisture, gas and volatiles to ensure good quality.
Adopts PID Control System to get accurate temperature setting value.
Directly uses PVC powder to make pipes instead of using PVC pellets, reducing operation cost & saving space.
